National House of the Year 2019, Master Builders Category. This stunning Hamptons-inspired home built outside Toowoomba. It was the winner of several Master Builders awards in 2019 at the Local, State and National level. The Darling Downs House of the Year prominently features PVC Fencing Queensland’s ‘Fitzroy’ & ‘Burleigh’ semi-privacy fencing. We worked closely with the owners to provide a beautiful and easy fencing solution that complimented the design of the home while providing privacy and safety for young children and pets. Several of our styles were purchased and customised by the builder to suit his needs for this house,

The site needed airflow and security, so the Fiztroy style was chosen along with the Burleigh for its appeal. Master Builders, Nick Ruhle Homes sent us a list of parts required and we had those instock and were able to delivery to site. They needed panels, gates, Aluminum Post inserts and custom fabricated Fishbone inserts because the retainer wall posts needed a special solution. Nick Ruhle Homes customised the panels to meet the Pool regulations. The builder has done a fantastic job of landscaping here and the vegetation pops due to the sharp white panels of the fence. One of the greatest ongoing reasons they chose PVC was because of the easy cleaning. their location does have a deal of shade and they do get lichen, and moss growing on surfaces on the site, A quick wash down each season sees the fence brighten up like new.
